Abstract
In the present study, it is intended to carry out a project of marketing plan for Carmela Lencería y Complementos`s company. After analyzing and diagnosing the situation of the company, both internally and externally, it is intended to achieve a number of objectives such us increase 7% of profits, attract 20 % more customers and finally promote loyalty in 50 % of them. To obtein these objectives, a series of strategies and actions will be developed for a year. Dressmaker service will be hired for users, it will make discount cards and gifts for regular an loyal customers and it will conducted advertising campaigns. These measures will involve a cost of 1.810 €. At the end of this period, a control is performed to check whether the objectives have been achieved or not.
